October Update!

Alright.... This is a new thing that I am going to start doing, hopefully on the 23rd of every month. I will write an update about exactly what is going in the ministry and how I am doing. So here goes the first one :)

I am still in Naples, fundraising :) I will be moving to Orlando before the new year. When I move is all dependent on  when I have 100% of my budget. At this current time I am 67%! Which means that I only have 33% left to go!! That makes me really happy!! :) I also have to be interviewed by the State Board, because I will be working with in the state office. So I am just waiting on those two things for me to be able to move.

The job that I will be doing also excites me! As a young person of 15 the ministry of Christian Youth in Action (*CYIA) completely changed my life. From that time it has been my passion to get teens involved with the ministry of CEF. In Orlando I will be doing that exact thing! It will be my job to help local directors encourage teenagers to become involved with CYIA as well as be a part of the CYIA teaching staff. What excites me the most is being able to work with a ministry that I am truly passionate about!

I almost forgot how I am doing! I am ok, I am very ready to begin working in Orlando. I stay busy in ministry by fundraising, teaching Sunday school and working with the Children's Praise team, but I am longing to start doing the job that the Lord is calling me to do.

So I think that is about all... :) Yay for the first of many updates!!



*Christian Youth in Action is a summer training school that takes place for one week in the summer. During the week we train teenagers to teach Bible Lessons, memory verses, and missionary stories.
