Beautiful Life :)
I wanted to share some pictures from my vacation! I'm not sure how many people actually look at this blog but just in case you were looking for some evidence I wasn't working last week here it is! :)
We played outside of Stephanie and Andrew's house. There are rocks in the driveway and the kids were making little things out of them. Daniel and I decided to race each other down the driveway - I won the first time and Daniel won the second time. It was a lot of fun!
Selfies in the bathroom at the Creation Museum. :) Haha while I was doing this a woman came in and gave me the weirdest look :) I love it!
Guys I had a really good time on my vacation! It was so fun to be able to spend time with my family and do things I don't normally do. The Lord was also teaching me and showing me so much when I was away. I realized that depression is in my mind - I know shocker, but it was news to me - which mean that I can't escape it. Last week I was able to recognize and deal with the fact that I will never be able to get away from it but I don't have to let it rule my emotions. It doesn't have any control on me. This week I feel SO much better because I know that even though I am dealing with this it doesn't effect me as much. I know that I am struggling with it but it doesn't rule my life! Praise God!
Overall this week away has helped me to step back and realize once again what a BEAUTIFUL life I live. Guys, this life is so beautiful - embrace it!
We went to the Zoo on Monday! The wonderful thing about the St. Louis Zoo is that it is completely free. So fun!
